As we accelerate global expansion, we’re seeking a proven sales hunter — an Enterprise Software Sales Manager who thrives on building pipelines, winning new logos, and scaling international revenue.

You’ll own our global sales performance — building and leading a world-class sales function that converts opportunity into measurable growth. You’ll be hands-on in closing enterprise-level deals while shaping a scalable sales process that supports our next phase of international growth.

What You’ll Do
· Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
· Build and manage a global sales pipeline, from lead generation to close.
· Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
· Lead the full sales cycle — demos, negotiations, and contract closure.
· Collaborate with marketing on targeted lead-generation campaigns.
· Provide insight-driven feedback to product and leadership teams.
· Represent WinPure at key industry events, webinars, and partner forums.
· Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
What You Bring
· 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
· Experience selling data management, analytics, or information software is advantageous.
· Comfortable leading international sales across multiple time zones.
· Strong understanding of building scalable, customer-centric sales processes.
· Hunter mentality — self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient.
· CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
