We are currently building a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us to achieve our ambitious goals both in Europe and Americas.
The ideal SDR is a fluent English speaker and is a persevering and focused professional, who will partner with the Marketing team to feed our sales funnel to qualify and engage prospective customers for WinPure.

As a Sales Development Representative you will need to:

  • Run outreach campaigns and do market research using a combination of phone, email, and social touches, in order to find suitable leads for our business.
  • Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them and scheduling them for further consultations on the account managers calendar.
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that WinPure provides.
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Hubspot CRM.
  • Acquire an expert knowledge of WinPure and our different products for data matching, cleansing and Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Work closely with the marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of WinPure and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process.
  • Conduct high-level discussions with Senior Data, IT & Marketing Managers, Data Specialists, and CEO’s to explain the WinPure Value Proposition.

Requirements:

  • Being a Native English speaker is a must.
  • A second European language is a massive plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both spoken and written.
  • +1 year experience with sales (preferably B2B solutions).
  • Goal oriented person with strong character and perseverance.
  • Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound.
  • Strong character and perseverance.
  • Able to work as an individual contributor, but bearing in mind you are part of a team.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in B2B lead generation or B2B sales, direct marketing, phone sales, or other sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
