Multiple Spaces - This will remove any multiple spaces within values (e.g. “New  York”).


The following Matrix Design will remove all multiple spaces from State & ZIP columns:



When you select these options, you will instantly see the removal of these characters on the Data Preview window.


Once you have created the Matrix for your dataset, you can then run the entire cleaning process by clicking the Run Clean button.
