The Automation module in WinPure Clean & Match lets you set up no‑code, scheduled data cleaning and matching workflows, complete with flexible configuration and full auditing through logs. It’s ideal for maintaining ongoing data quality with minimal manual oversight.


Here's what it does.

1. Scheduled Task Execution

  • Automate cleaning and matching jobs on a regular basis—daily, weekly, or monthly—without needing anyone to start the software manually 
  • Works on a schedule, running even if WinPure isn't open, providing fully unattended operations.


The following scheduling conditions are provided:

  • Once at a specific time
  • Every X hours/days starting from a defined time
  • At specific times on specified days of the week starting from a defined time
  • On specific days of the month (e.g., 1st, 30th, etc.) starting from a defined time
    • It must be considered that days like the 29th, 30th, or 31st may not exist every month (in such cases, the task is simply skipped)

2. Task Wizard & Scheduling

  • Use an easy Task Wizard to set up schedules and define cleaning/matching rules.
  • Once configured and saved, the software executes those tasks at the designated times.

3. Flexible Configurations

  • Modify project settings, workflows, and rules as needed. Saved configurations automatically apply when the task runs .

4. Comprehensive Logs

  • The module provides detailed logging of each automated task—covering start/end times, status, and any errors—for monitoring and auditing .
